My Guide To Mallorca.
I decided to book a spontaneous trip to Mallorca after hearing the most amazing recommendations from my friends and seeing such gorgeous pictures all over Instagram and TikTok. From boutique hotels to crystal clear beach waters, here are my top recommendations if you’re looking to visit the beautiful island sometime soon.
We stayed 4 nights in Santanyí which is well known for its beautiful Cala’s but we also managed to take day trips to Deia and Valldemossa. If you only have a few days, my top recommendation would be to hire a car for day trips and spend your time in one place but if you have more nights I would recommend splitting your time between the east (Santanyí and Cala D’or) or west (Sóller, Valldemossa, Port Andratx and Palma) areas of the island. Three to four nights in each would be the dream.
Let’s start with where to stay…
Santanyí:
Hotel Can Ferrereta (this is where I stayed) A restored farmhouse luxury hotel with a spa and swimming pool surrounded by cypresses and olive trees, it's also close to a beautiful beach.
Sóller:
Jumeirah Mallorca: A modern hotel which overlooks the Port de Sóller Bay. It offers an impressive infinity pool, a fitness centre and a spa, all with fantastic views.
Ca’s Xorc Luxury Retreat: This gorgeous rustic hotel is close to Deia and Sollér which has been voted ‘most beautiful town in Spain’ multiple times.
Deia:
La Residencia, A Belmond Hotel: A stunning hotel , where I had one of the most incredible (and expensive meals) of my life. It would be a dream to stay here but if you rather have the experience without the cost of staying I’d 100% book a table here for sunset but make sure you do it in advance!
Son Rullan: I discovered this one on IG, a luxury home rental if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in a group. It used to be an old monastery!
House in Cala Deia: Private house with infinity pool
Ca’s Xorc Luxury Retreat: Very traditional hotel, the restaurant looks incredible
Palma:
Hotel Can Cera - A luxury house in Palma, super chic!

Hotel Gran Meliá - Gorgeous seafront hotel
Montuïr:
Finca Serene Mallorca - Quite secluded but stunning!
Felanitx:
